I have started a canvas business and want a web hosting site that allows customers to purchase online. I need customers to be able to order and upload pictures to the site which can then either go securely hidden on site or to my desktop. I don’t no the difference between the packages but which would be best? Thanks

You should probably go with the Linux plan. The eshop looks like a “sitebuilder” plan and these types of things severely limit you.
With linux at least you have more leeway to do what you want to do, but it will be some work on your part. You may want to hire a developer to help with some of what you want to do.
Most of todays carts, while out of the box they don’t do everything you need, they most all have a ton of plugins to use.
Might want to look into wordpress and shopperpress.com – ask the shopperpress folks if their app has the ability to do what you need.
